Little Witches Halloween Cards
The image on the left is "Little Witch Henrietta." This digi set came with two sentiments; "Boo" and "Witching you a happy Halloween."
The base for this project is a blank 4.25" by 5.5" kraft card. (A2)
I printed the digital image and sentiment on white cardstsock and colored the image with Prismacolor Premier colored pencils and Gamsol.
I used some orange and aqua patterned paper from the Que Sera Sera paper pad from K and Company. I embellished the card with a piece of lavender curling ribbon.
The second little witch digital stamp is "Little Witch Wendolyn." This digi set came with three sentiments; "Bewitching!", "You're Invited!" and "Bring Your Own Broom."
I used a blank A2 size kraft card as the base for this project.
I printed the digital stamp and sentiment on a piece of white cardstock that was die-cut with a stitched rectangle die. I colored the image with Prismacolor Premier colored pencils and Gamsol. I highlighted the hair, flowers and patches with bright-colored gel pens. I embellished the card with a floral die cut.
The background paper is from the Que Sera Sera paper pack by K and Company.
I enjoyed making these cards and I think they turned out super cute. I wish you a happy and safe Halloween!

Halloween Interactive Video
We recently visited Oil Ranch in Hockley, Texas. Their Halloween decorations have turned the ranch into a home for pumpkins, jack-o-lanterns and scarecrows.
I made a video of the festive sights and then added a map, videos, an article and songs with Thinglink's interactive tags.
Enjoy the video and have a Happy Halloween!

About The Author
A.J. Cosmo taught second grade special needs children. Now he spends his days helping people find their way in the world. He loves to write and entertain.
The Day After Halloween
One day a year, the day after Halloween, monsters dress up as human beings and pretend to be people for a day. They put on smiling human masks and go about doing things like shopping, going to school and driving a car.
This book is illustrated with colorful illustrations that are delightful and hilarious.
My Thoughts
Halloween is a day for children to dress up like monsters. The day AFTER Halloween is a day for monsters to dress up like humans. Great fun!
This story is sure to stimulate the imaginations of young children as they think about all the things that the monsters might do on "Human Day". I read this story on my Kindle Fire and loved the color illustrations that seem to bring the monsters to life. This story is a good fit for the Kindle (landscape orientation works best). Each screen view has a color illustration and one or two lines of text.
At the end of the story, the monsters are sad to see the day come to an end because they have had so much fun. They mark the date "November 1" on next year's calendar.
Children tend to feel a little sad when Halloween is over and they have to put their costumes away for another year. This story is a wonderful day-after-Halloween book that is sure to put a smile on young reader's faces.
This story is very short but it is sure to be a hit with the kids. The illustrations are really remarkable ~ Children will be able to re-tell the story over and over again just by looking at the pictures.
My Rating: 5 Stars Out Of 5

Make Halloween Videos With Animoto
Animoto has a brand new style in HD called Vintage Voyage. Vintage Voyage uses maps, clocks, vines, compasses and picture frames in the background. This style provides a lovely retro/vintage look that is great for displaying family pictures and vintage/antique images.
Last week, Animoto rolled out some new Halloween genre music that rocks! These Halloween selections will really make your slideshows POP!!!
I made this "Halloween Party" video to feature some treasured pictures of my granddaughter in her Halloween costume. I found some public domain Halloween postcard images to complement the vintage feeling that is conveyed in the Vintage Voyage style. The "Halloween Party" music is just perfect for this video.
Animoto makes it easy to design a video slideshow. You can make a FREE 30 second slideshow to see if this service is for you. Your slideshow can be posted on YouTube, Facebook or any other video sharing site.

Halloween Skeleton Head
I couldn't let Halloween come and go without sharing this video with you. This is a video of my granddaughter with a strange skeleton toy. It seems to chatter it's teeth and roll it's eyes when it is disturbed. I found some scary music to go with it and I think it is perfect for getting into the Halloween spirit.
Have a great Halloween weekend!
