Handmade Life is Gourd Halloween Card

Don't you love these happy jack-o-lanterns?

I didn't make very many cards for Halloween this year but had to use these cheerful "gourds" to spread some cheer.

This card features the pre-colored digital stamp/sentiment "Life is Gourd" designed by Maurie J. Manning of Mo's Digital Pencil. This image was an October pre-release for Ms. Manning's Patreon supporters.

I usually hand color my digital stamps but this pre-colored image is just perfect. It is also great to use when you need a card in a hurry.

I embellished the card with some decorative die-cut corners and faux pearls.

July Girl Handmade Card

Enjoy being a kid!

This card will go to my granddaughter. The summer is flying by so I decided to share this card before the month of July is passed.

This card features the digital stamp "July Girl" designed by Maurie J. Manning of Mo's Digital Pencil. This image was given to Ms. Manning's supporters on Patreon. I colored the image with Copic Sketch markers and die-cut around the edges.

The sentiment is from Digital Phrase Collage Sheet 9 by LisasAlteredArt on Etsy. This is one of my favorite sentiment sheets.

I painted the colorful background with texture paste, Faber-Castell Gelatos, and a gold gell marker.

The Happy Gardener Handmade Card

The lady on this card is spreading happiness with her big smile and bouquet of flowers. This image really makes me smile!

I used the digital stamp "The Happy Gardener" designed by Maurie J. Manning of Mo's Digital Pencil. This is an exclusive image for Ms. Manning's Bronte level Patrons.

I colored the image with Copic Sketch markers and die-cut it in an oval shape with a Spellbinders "Fancy Edged Ovals" die. I then made a green oval background with the same die set.

I used the "Happy Birthday" sentiment from "Flower Baby" image on Mo's Digital Pencil. The background paper is "Daisies Digital Paper" by DigitalNights on Etsy.

I embellished the card with a paper flower and die-cut leaves.

Let Heaven and Nature Sing

Each year I plan to make my Christmas cards before the holiday rush. I decided to celebrate "Christmas in July" with my first Christmas card of 2019.

The base of this card is a blank green cardstock card that measures 5" by 6.5" (Recollections from Michaels).

I chose the digital stamp/sentiment Bird Tree from Mo's Digital Pencil. I used Canva to merge the image and sentiment. I added the hill and two small trees from the Little House Elements that Maurie Manning gave her Patreon subscribers. I printed the design on white cardstock with my HP Photo Printer and Instant Ink.

I watercolored the birds on the tree with Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers. I added shadows around the tree and on the ground with Copic Sketch markers.

I chose a clean and simple card design because I wanted to emphasize the sentiment on the card...Joy to the World, the Lord is Come

I will enter this card in the following challenges;
